Our fudge is made fresh every day with the finest ingredients. We never use preservatives. Never fear, you can’t go wrong with any of the fudge flavors you select. Blue loves the Motherlode Maple (maple pecan) fudge, Deb loves the Klondike Walnut Semi-Sweet (dark chocolate) fudge, and Phil loves the Mendenhall Mudd (chocolate, marshmallow, and pecan) fudge. Scott is a sucker for the Inside Passage ( Chocolate fudge with peanut butter running through the center) Everyone has their favorite, try them all and pick yours.
The Fudge Making Process:
We start by precisely measuring our ingredients into a large copper kettle. We then transfer the kettle to our cooking stove where the fudge is mixed and cooked to our predetermined temperature. Our fudge is then poured directly onto our marble tables to begin the cooling process. As the fudge becomes cooler, we beging to beat and cream the fudge to make that smooth creamy texture. Then we shape each batch into a beautiful loaf. Finally we slice each loaf into half pound slices to be eaten by happy mouths everywhere.
All of our fudge is made daily from the following ingredients:
Sugar, Fresh Dairy Cream, Chocolate Liquor, Corn Syrup, Maple Syrup, Peanut Butter, Natural Nut Meats, Invert Sugar, Salt, Vanilla Extract, and Natural Flavors. Our fudge is made with the finest and freshest ingredients. We never use Preservatives.
