The Alaskan Fudge Company has been family owned and operated in beautiful downtown Juneau, Alaska since 1980! Our cooks use incomparable ingredients to make the finest fudge you’ll ever eat. What goes into our fudge?
Our fudge is a labor of love! We make all of our fudge out of the finest ingredients: chocolate liquor from the world famous Guittard Chocolate Company, sugar, corn syrup, milk, and heavy cream. From there, we cook the fudge (to an ever changing temperature) in a 30 pound copper pot. Our experienced cooks pour it out on our 900 pound solid marble tables. Once it hits the table, we methodically move / cream the fudge all over to break down the sugar crystals which makes it smooth and creamy. The last step is shaping the fudge into a loaf. Every single loaf is hand cut and then packaged into our beautiful boxes featuring Juneau’s very own Mendenhall Glacier.
Alaska Crafted Candies
We dip nuts, coconut, and raisins to make our hand dipped clusters! Our turtles begin by mixing up a batch of caramel from scratch and then hand funneling them onto tray of pecans, cashews, and almonds! Once the caramel cools we take each turtle and dip it in tempered milk, dark or white chocolate!
